Here are a number of other reasons why I think boxing should be high on your to-do list:
First Costs
You can get a great workout with no equipment at all. Shadow box will give you a great workout and you do not need equipment.
According Area
Whether you are alone or with a partner you really only need a few square meters to get work training. This makes it the ideal training to do when traveling or simply traininghome.
Third Time
You can be a great workout in 30 minutes or less. Intensity is the key. Smaller the greater the intensity of your training needs.
Fourth Strangely, it can be little impact.
Boxing is the low impact of the lower half of the body for sure. Compare this with something like running, go to your weight-bearing joints (such as ankles, knees, hips and lower back beats) fast. If evil does not make any kind ofTraining.
Perfect fifth shoulder.
Until you have a shoulder injury, you will notice that the boxes not only strengthen the muscles, but to increase your shoulder stability and strength. (Believe me, I know first hand about this!)
So here's the thing. If you come with a reason why you can not box I'm quite ears. But it would be better to be a good reason.
There is so much to offer in terms of the benefits of boxing and there is little (if any)You should stop by the location field.
